Return & Refund Policy

At 50 Shades by D LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality products and want you to love your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect style or color selected
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled.
  • The item you received is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, and a replacement is unavailable.
  • A duplicate order was placed due to a technical error.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted.

Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, 50 Shades by D LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
